How do I change my password?

Go to the Login screen and select Forgot Password

I can not login what do I do?

Attempt to reset your password via the Forgot Password option in the Login screen, if you are still having issues lease contact the Precision Customer Success Team on 0800 477 001.

My N usage seems too low can you help?

Load your application report for the farm with the date range you want, are there any 'unknown' applications or applications where the substance has no NPK value. These will need to be upated to get an accurate N usage. If there are no NPK values there will be a small warning sign symbol that when you click it will take you to the page to update the values

How do I change paddocks boundaries?

Contact the Precision Customer Success Team either by phone 0800 477 001 or email: support@precisionfarming.co.nz with the details of the paddocks you are wanting changed. Please include a picture or drawing of your requested changes in an email.

Can I update my contractors?

Yes Just Contact customer success either by phone 0800 477 001 or email: support@precisionfarming.co.nz with the contractor you would like added or removed.

How do I add an NPK value to one of my records?

NPK values can either be entered through the custom substance tile on the home screen, or when looking at the application report on a farm if a substance has no NPK value there will be a small warning sign symbol, click this symbol to enter the NPK value of the substance.

I have some unknown applications how do I name these?

On an application report click on the unknown application you are wanting to name, a pencil icon will appear on the right hand side of the application click this to then enter the supplier and substance details, click save.

Can I add any other data to my reporting? Eg Water, soil moisture, effluent.

How do I create a spray mix /fert mix?

It is best to create the mix before placing any orders. Go to custom substances, click create, type in the name, type of substance and the supplier, generally if it’s a mix the supplier will be 'My custom mixes' you can then add the different products in the mix, add the amount then save.

Can I download my application report?

Select the date range on the application report you are wanting to see for a farm, click create csv, then click downlaod csv.

What type of map is needed to get started?

A shapefile is best that we can upload. Otherwise if you have a paper map, you can send this through and we can draw you a map.
